Humans and Human Sensibility – the most important resources for a company to have. Developing and maximizing the outstanding sensibilities of each person will not only improve organizational capability, but the motivations of individuals as well. Diversity management from a global perspective consists of leveraging the varying sensibilities of individuals with a wide variety of backgrounds. Diversity of an organization, diversity of sensibilities.

We call this sensi-diversity. It is the management of such diversity that can be the source of a company’s vitality.

 

Product ExampleOur proposal was of a birdhouse made from cedar cuttings to
promote the forestry industry of a town in Niigata Prefecture.

Using locally cut Japanese cedar, we created birdhouses to symbolize “living in harmony with Nature”. We call it Kodama (tree spirit).
Over time the bark of the Kodama begins to grow moss and other plants, becoming part of the forest.
